I have spent most of my adult life teaching, and learning from, children. I can’t imagine a more wonderful and rewarding career.
As a New York state certified Special Education K-12, Elementary Education N-6, Music Education K-12 teacher-previously Registered Music Therapist- and holding an Advanced Certificate as a Children’s Lit Fellow at Stony Brook University-and more than 30 years of teaching experience-I am available for tutoring and beginning folk guitar lessons. One exciting avenue I offer is reinforcing reading and writing skills through individual songwriting experiences.
